The past few days have been becoming more and more complicated...

he rejected her....she still likes him...she using me to make him jealous or something...

den my b'day coming...

i think my junior likes me...

den she get angry...

den hor now no mood go basketball d...

last nite found out that perasan person say bad things behind my back....

den just now lagi bad news...

maybe dinner i sendiri go somewhere with a friend who is not related to any of this....

nid to clear my mind....

Got money change HP .

Sometimes enjoy TV but most of the time play with HP .

TV free for life but HP, if you don't pay, the services will be terminated .

TV is big , bulky and most of the time old but HP is cute, slim, curvy and very portable at any time.

Operational cost for TV is often acceptable but for HP is high and often demanding .

Most Important, TV got remote but HP don't have .

Last but not least.......

TV do not have virus but HP have VIRUS ......

Once get it, HABIS LAH.

Perfectionist / Perfectionism

So what is the meaning of Perfectionist or Perfectionism?

All-Or-Nothing Thinking:

Perfectionists, like high achievers, tend to set high goals and work hard toward them. However, a high achiever can be satisfied with doing a great job and achieving excellence (or something close), even if their very high goals aren’t completely met. Perfectionists will accept nothing less than, well, perfection. ‘Almost perfect’ is seen as failure.

Critical Eye:

Perfectionists are far more critical of themselves and of others than are high achievers. While high achievers take pride in their accomplishments and tend to be supportive of others, perfectionists tend to spot tiny mistakes and imperfections in their work and in themselves, as well as in others and their work. They hone in on these imperfections and have trouble seeing anything else, and they’re more judgmental and hard on themselves and on others when ‘failure’ does occur.

“Push” vs “Pull”:

High achievers tend to be pulled toward their goals by a desire to achieve them, and are happy with any steps made in the right direction. Perfectionists, on the other hand, tend to be pushed toward their goals by a fear of not reaching them, and see anything less than a perfectly met goal as a failure.

Unrealistic Standards:

Unfortunately, a perfectionist’s goals aren’t always even reasonable. While high achievers can set their goals high, perhaps enjoying the fun of going a little further once goals are reached, perfectionists often set their initial goals out of reach. Because of this, high achievers tend to be not only happier, but more successful than perfectionists in the pursuit of their goals.

Focus on Results:

High achievers can enjoy the process of chasing a goal as much or more than the actual reaching of the goal itself. Conversely, perfectionists see the goal and nothing else. They’re so concerned about meeting the goal and avoiding the dreaded failure that they can’t enjoy the process of growing and striving.

Depressed by Unmet Goals:

Perfectionists are much less happy and easygoing than high achievers. While high achievers are able to bounce back fairly easily from disappointment, perfectionists tend to beat themselves up much more and wallow in negative feelings when their high expectations go unmet.

Fear of Failure:

Perfectionists are also much more afraid to fail than are high achievers. Because they place so much stock in results and become so disappointed by anything less than perfection, failure becomes a very scary prospect. And, since anything less than perfection is seen as ‘failure’, this can lead to…

Procrastination:

It seems paradoxical that perfectionists would be prone to procrastination, as that trait can be detrimental to productivity, but perfectionism and procrastination do tend to go hand in hand. This is because, fearing failure as they do, perfectionists will sometimes worry so much about doing something imperfectly that they become immobilized and fail to do anything at all! This leads to more feelings of failure, and a vicious cycle is thus perpetuated.

Defensiveness:

Because a less-than-perfect performance is so painful and scary to perfectionists, they tend to take constructive criticism defensively, while high achievers can see criticism as valuable information to help their future performance.

Low Self Esteem:

High achievers tend to have equally high esteem; not so with perfectionists. They tend to be very self-critical and unhappy, and suffer from low self-esteem. They can also be lonely or isolated, as their critical nature and rigidity can push others away as well. This can lead to lower self-esteem.

The results? I'm not even close to being one.

Why do I bother creating this post? Because I hate perfectionist, they take away most things in life.

This post has a sole purpose, and that is to let you know if your a perfectionist or not.

Unknowingly you may be, and don't know why others hate you, maybe its cause you don't know that your a perfectionist. After reading some articles online, it seems that being a perfectionist is a psychological disease/sickness. The best way to cure it is by the person's on will to change & stop being a perfectionist.

You'd be surprised to how many people search the net for a cure to perfectionism. It's a good thing in moderate or little quantities, but a toxin when you go overboard with it!!

A lone figure at the court

In the sweltering heat of the 4 o'clock sun, a lone figure came from under the shade, walking slowly towards the court. In the distance, those hiding below the roof of the bus stop were thinking: "This fella must be crazy! It so damn hot and he's going out to play?! He must be brain damaged." Well it was a hot day, from a room looking out towards the courts, the thought of playing basketball was way to tempting. Especially after being unable to play after an accident almost a month ago. Watching people play back then was really hard to control.

Now after being healed, the temptation was to great and he had to go and play. Even though there wasn't anyone else at the courts, he walked alone to practice his shooting skills. It was rather painful in the beginning, the hot sun blaring mercilessly upon his skin, pain shot through his nerves as he stood there shooting the ball. It was incredible that anyone could continue standing in that heat, but he kept at it.

In his mind he kept telling himself: "I wont leave till it starts raining, and if it does, I'll wait for it to stop then go out to continue playing." "This is good for my health, I played on Sunday and I felt great afterwards, I sure I'll feel much better than staying in that stuffy room in front of the laptop!" With that in mind, he continued playing even though people thought that he was crazy.

In the beginning, his shooting was way off target, but not dejected, he continued on practicing, knowing that "more practice makes perfect". After about 25 minutes, he began to feel his stamina leave him. He strove to continue on, reminding himself that he was not a quitter and would only leave if the rain came pouring down upon him. Even though his stamina was leaving him, his aim became better and better. He did some lay-ups and shot some more. He was happy that his aim was getting better and hoped that it would not rain so soon as he had just got back his shooting form.

This carried on for 5 more minutes, and as though the heavens wanted him to take a rest, they summoned the rain to fall, he then held his basketball in his right hand then slowly left the court. Warning droplets of rain, indicating a huge downpour was to come, splashed here and there, dropping on the parts of his skin which were still stinging from the rays of the sun.

The fresh breath of country side air, makes breathing easier, thus enabling any person to breath easily, keeping their body oxygenated. Storms from the hills, carried downwards to the valley in which he resided, once it began, it would be hours before the rain let up. Remembering this, he sat down quietly in front of his laptop in his stuffy little room and began writing.

Thinking of the short exercise which he just had, hoping it would have lasted longer. But the rains wont permit him to continue. He thought to himself: "If I went and took my bath, I'm sure the rain would stop! It's always like that." But it was better than nothing, at least he had played for half an hour.

After the practice, he was supposed to do some jogging around the court while dribbling the basketball. He had planned to do so, because he wanted to practice controlling the ball. He knew that even before his injury, he was a poor dribbler. He shot well when he was in form but on average, 4/10 shots in was the best he could muster. Though during practice just now, he managed to get 7/10, "Well at least I've got form today, but these isn't anyone out here to play with me. Practicing alone doesn't really reflect to how good I am...", he thought.

It's tough sometimes, when you think your in form but when it come to the real game, you find that you just can't get the shots in. Well its down to 3 things that matter in a game. First is experience, second is how much practice you've put in, third is luck(whether you have form or not on that day).

Basketball is a high contact sport and is a rather dangerous game if you don't know how to play. You may be injured after being slammed into by other players. Some of those who do play basketball, may have endured broken limbs, twisted joints and other minor or major injuries. Or maybe even broken your glasses. He has an average of a pair of glasses broken when playing basketball per year. So he knows about this very well.

If you know the game and do like sports, it's a very good game, but if your neither, then congratulations, you can continue to stay in your room. Playing games on the laptop wont cause you any physical injury besides the fact occasional sore wrists after a long while. Anyways, being outside and active is very good for the health. Seriously, after playing, he felt so great. He was tired, but he knew afterwards that he would feel much healthier and more energetic. Exercising is good, you don't always need someone to accompany you while playing. you can do it yourself. Though it's not as fun, on the bright side, you get some exercise, no?

"Darn... I hope the rain stops soon... I don't want to go and take a bath only to come out and see that the rain has stopped, now that would really suck!!" said he. Looking out towards the sky, the grey clouds slowly moving away, a patch of pale blue sky a little way out. Birds are in the air, but country side weather is crazy, the sun can be way up there yet there is a thunder storm, you cant see the clouds, but it's raining like a storm, with the sound of thunder shaking the foundations of his home.

Looking out, it seems that the rain has let up. But listening to the pitter patter pitter patter of the rain on the roof, looks can be deceiving. Better not risk it. "Well I guess this isn't my lucky day is it." Time for a bath. Already cooled down... maybe next time.

Taurus Man - Email frm Nelson's Cousin Sis

A quiet simple man who can do something unexpected to shock you. Taurus man
mostly medium tall, strong with good health, good strong body. When he
talks, he likes to turn his head to one side on one direction. His body will
be quite straight, facial structure tend to be square shape more than other
shape. His eyes sparkle with liveliness.

Besides the 1st sentence, I'm none of the rest....sad...maybe the last sentence is true...in certain situations....

When he is in love, he is still a free wild bird. He is a sand in your
palm, the more you want to hold it, it will slip out. Don't set the rules and draw a line for
him, he will not stay.

Besides the last part, the rest is crap.....I'm rather loyal....

Is very patient with other people, but very impatient
with himself. His world always turning and it will not stop just because he
loves you. If he up sets, he will show it right away. If something has gone
wrong, he will blame his own carelessness instead of blaming other people.

This is sorta true...rather patient with people...not much with myself...I'm too imperfect...

He sincere to his friends even to some friends he does not like. He likes to
do odd things and surprise other people. He never want to get too
close with anyone for he thinks living in reality is living by yourself.

I HATE LIVING BY MYSELF!!!!

He does not likes to follow conformity, but always want to
search for new ventures, new mystery.

Yeah... When I'm reading...

He like to search and analyze people and things. He will analyze his friends
or his girl friend, and once he can not easily understand thing, so he will gradually
learning about you till he fills up all his questions.

Erm...maybe gua...dunno er~~~

He knows so many people ,but he has a few friends. He looks for quality
friends than quantity friends. He always feel lonely even surround by many people. He could
create his own little world, and sometimes no one would understand him. He
looks only for future and he thinks he lives for the future. He may wonder
how many people think like he does, but he does not want to be like the
others.

Sort of in a sense...

A man with a conflict personality. He is a cool, understanding, able to work
well, and very artistic. Taurus man could be an artist. He could shock you
as much as he is able to clam you down when you up set. He is a free spirit
who likes venture, but when he wants to be alone, do not touch him but to
let him be. He won't disappear from the crowds too long, he will be back.

I don't like being alone....like living outside my room...with friends....I dun like always stay at home leh....play games oso will sien de lar...

He will give you straight forward opinion or comments, but will never advice
what he thinks you should do. He does not like people to tell him what he
should do too. He thinks each individual dreams and thoughts should be very
private. He will use his brain not his body strength, so he will let other
guys compete. He has a certain satisfactory in life and hate to force
himself in competition. He may seems careless, but actually he is a thinker
and a stubborn one.

Rather true...afterall....isnt the mind a stronger weapon?

He sees anythings in details and not easily trusted people till he thinks he
knows them well. You can just smile and he will think why and what are you
smiling about, and if you are pretending. Once he trust you and accept you
as a friend, no one can says other wise to change that for he will not
listen to gossip. He will be honest and sincere to his friends.

Very true....though some might say otherwise....

He hates lies, so he will not tell you lies. If he finds it is necessary to
lie, he will find other ways not to tell you or avoid telling you anything.
If he really has to lie, you will never be able to tell that he is lying. He
can really keep secrets, so you will hardly know that he is a lonely soul.

This is my best kept secret hahhaha.... I am a lonely soul.... but do i appear so? I dont think so.... Do you?

If you want this kind of guy, you have to be an interesting person. He has
to be curious about you. Hell for him is 'No Freedom', so if he marry you
then you should know it is the biggest decision in his life. Always be
interesting, then you could have him beside you.

Some how all the descriptions of the TAURUS MAN end with this line...like its a standard... Though I do agree that "NO FREEDOM = HELL" but at the same time, i cant live alone.... Dilema gila ni.... Sesat~~~~

A joke from My Crazy brother

Once day during the japanese occupation in malaya, a jap officer called for a person each of the 3 main races in malaya. A Chinese, an Indian and a Malay.

Jap Officer: Eh, kalau lu boleh masuk 10biji apa benda masuk lubang b'lakang lu, tanpa ketawa atau apa-apa, lu tak perlu mati!!

The 3 men then left in search for the objects...

The malay man returned first with 10 rambutans. He shoved and shoved and shoved 9 into he ass. As he was trying to put the 10th one in, he could not stop laughing because the fruit was ticklish. He was shot in the head.

The 2nd man to return was the Indian man. He had brought 10 little pebbles. he pushed them in one by one till the 9th, then broke into laughter. He to was shot.

When he reached heave, the malay man asked him why he laughed.

Malay man: M'apa ketawa lar. Lu tak perlu mati-kan? satu biji lagi ma!

Indian man: I couldn't stop laughing lar adik, after i saw what the chinese man brought.

Malay man: ??!! Apa dia bawa mari?

Indian man: He brought 10 DURIANS!!! *HAHAHAHAHAHA*

The Silent Treatment
A man and his wife were having some problems at home
and were giving each other the silent treatment.
Suddenly, the man realized that the next day,
he would need his wife to wake him at 5:00 AM for an early morning business flight.
Not wanting to be the first to break the silence(and LOSE), he wrote on a piece of paper,
"Please wake me at 5:00 AM" He left it where he knew she would find it.
The next morning, the man woke up, only to discover it was 9:00 AM
and he had missed his flight. Furious, he was about to go and
see why his wife hadn't wakened him, when he noticed a piece of paper by
the bed. The paper said, "It is 5:00 AM. Wake up."
Men are not equipped for these kinds of contests.

WIFE VS. HUSBAND
A couple drove down a country road for several miles, not saying a word.
An earlier discussion had led to an argument and
neither of them wanted to concede their position.
As they passed a barnyard of mules, goats, and pigs,
the husband asked sarcastically, "Relatives of yours?"
"Yep," the wife replied , "in-laws"

WOMEN'S REVENGE
"Cash, check or charge?" I asked, after folding items the woman wished
to purchase.
As she fumbled for her wallet I noticed a remote control for a television
set in her purse.
"So, do you always carry your TV remote?" I asked.
"No," she replied, " but my husband refused to come shopping with me,
and I figured this was the most evil thing I could do to him legally."

A man said to his wife one day, "I don't know how you can be

WHO DOES WHAT
A man and his wife were having an argument about who
should brew the coffee each morning.
The wife said, "You should do it, because you get up first,
and then we don't have to wait as long to get our coffee."
The husband said, " You are in charge of cooking around here and
you should do it, because that is your job, and I can just wait for my
coffee."
Wife replies, "No, you should do it, and besides, it is in the Bible
that the man should do the coffee."
Husband replies, "I can't believe that, show me."
So she fetched the Bible, and opened the New Testament
and showed him at the top of several pages, that it indeed says
.........."HEBREWS"

God may have created man before woman,
but there is always a rough draft before the masterpiece.
